Increase the load of your workout by adding additional weight to your compression arm and leg sleeves.  Each set includes 4 flexible weights that add 3 pounds to the 1/2 pak sleeves. 

Please note: Extra weight packs will NOT fit in the fully loaded sleeves.  Only compatible with 1/2 pak loaded sleeves.

Each sleeve has four individual tunnels to hold weights.  4 weights per sleeve.
